Henry Willauer has worked in a variety of roles in the IT field since 2008. In 2008, they started as a Scoutcraft Instructor at Camp Emerald Bay and a Warehouse Manager at West Valley Food Pantry. In 2011, they began working at Colorado State University-Pueblo as a Conference Services, Web Designer - Instructional Technology, and Speaker of the Senate. In 2012, they returned to Camp Emerald Bay as a Scoutcraft Director. In 2014, they became a Rock Foreman at Philmont Scout Ranch. In 2016, they began working at the Silicon Valley Monterey Bay Council, Boy Scouts of America as an IT Support Specialist and District Executive. In 2019, they became a Jr. IT Systems Administrator at MWM. In 2020, they started at NKSFB as an Information Technology Security Analyst and Help Desk Engineer. Currently, they are an IT Manager at Madison Wells.

Henry Willauer obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Outdoor Leadership from Colorado State University Pueblo between 2011 and 2015. Henry also obtained a Certificate from Grow with Google in IT Support Professional.
