Rachel Shane

Rachel Shane currently serves as the Head of Film and TV at Madison Wells since March 2021, and as the Chief Creative Officer at Madison Wells Media Studios (formerly OddLot Entertainment) since April 2017, where responsibilities include overseeing development and production for the film and television division. Prior to these roles, Rachel served as President of Production at OddLot Entertainment from June 2016 to April 2017, managing all aspects of film and television development for Gigi Pritzker's financing entity. From September 2013 to June 2016, Rachel held the position of Executive Vice President of Production at OddLot Entertainment, focusing on project development and production. Rachel's career began at RED WAGON ENTERTAINMENT, culminating in the role of Executive Vice President of Production from June 2000 to August 2013, where oversight for development and production was a key responsibility. Throughout this tenure, Rachel progressed from Creative Executive to a leadership position.
