Christian Ngan's work experience begins in 2006 when they worked as an Economic Research Assistant at the Ministry of the Economy and Finance. In 2008, they worked as a Junior Risk Analyst at Gras Savoye. Christian then transitioned into the field of investment banking, starting with Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking (SGCIB) as an Investment Banking Analyst in 2009. Christian later became an Investment Analyst at Quilvest Capital Partners in 2010 and an Investment Banking Associate at FINDERCOD LTD in 2011. In 2012, Christian founded and became the Chief Executive Officer of the Madlyn Cazalis Group, a leading organic cosmetic brand and beauty sub-contractor in Central Africa.
Christian Ngan completed their Executive Agribusiness Program at Harvard Business School in 2018. In 2017, they completed the Global Strategic Leadership Program at The Wharton School. Christian obtained their Master of Science (MS) degree in Financial Engineering from emlyon business school in 2010, and a Master of Science (MS) degree in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne in 2009. Prior to that, from 2007 to 2009, they completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Management at Ecole de Management de la Sorbonne. Christian also holds a Bachelor's degree in Management from the same institution, which they obtained in 2007. Furthermore, they completed their Associate's degree in Economics from Université Panthéon Assas (Paris II) in 2004.
Christian Ngan has additional certifications, including a Certificate for invaluable contribution for Sustainable Industrialization from the United Nations University, the University of Nairobi, and the University of Tokyo. Christian also obtained a Certificate from the French Foreign Trade Advisors and a Certificate of English from the University of Cambridge. Christian has a TOEIC certification from ETS.

Madlyn Cazalis is an All-Natural African cosmetic brand based in Yaoundé (Cameroun).It was founded in 2012 in Paris with only $2,500 of personal savings, selling organic, hand-made products.Madlyn Cazalis was founded to prevent young Africans from dangers of bleaching their skins, by encouraging natural well-adapted products. Today, MadlynCazalis distributes 20 products in more than 40 retail outlets in Cameroon such as chemist stores, beauty institutes and supermarkets and is looking to expand abroad. Madlyn Cazalis is a registered brand (OAPI and INPI) with a lot of success in Cameroon.The company is currently raising funds to accelerate its development: purchase better equipments, extend laboratory, hire new talents, increase capacities, be more marketing aggressive, and develop internationally. Madlyn Cazalis plans to recruit 200 ambassadors by the end of 2015.
