Paul Wiegard has extensive experience in the film and television industry, starting with the founding of Madman Entertainment in 1996, where they served as the CEO and Co-Founder. Madman is a leading independent distribution and rights management company. Paul has also held positions such as Board Member at ACMI - Australian Centre for the Moving Image, President of the Australian Independent Distributors Association, and Co-Chair of the Australian International Documentary Conference. Wiegard is currently a Board Member at Screenrights, a licensing organization for secondary users of broadcast content. Paul has also founded DocPlay, a streaming platform for documentary films.
