Meghan O'Brien Williams, LCSW, CADC, has a diverse work experience in the field of mental health and substance abuse. Meghan has held various roles at different organizations since 2012. At MADO Healthcare, they served as the Director of Clinical Operations and previously as the Director of Outreach & Admissions, Admissions Coordinator, and Care Manager. Meghan worked at Chicago Lakeshore Hospital as a Group Leader and Counselor for a short period in 2015. In 2014, Meghan worked as a Care Coordinator at Be Well Partners in Health. Prior to that, they were a Diagnostician at Mercy Home for Boys & Girls in 2013.

Meghan O'Brien Williams, LCSW, CADC began their education at Columbia College Chicago, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Art History from 2006 to 2011.
