Beth Ann Schimel

Beth Ann Schimel, PharmD, currently serves as the Sr Director Clinical Practice Liaison at Madrigal Pharmaceuticals since March 2024, where responsibilities include building and managing a team focused on enhancing patient care in NASH through education and clinical management. Prior to this role, Beth Ann held positions at EMD Serono, Inc. as Field Director for the Neurology & Immunology Central Region, and at Novo Nordisk as Field Director for the Midwest Diabetes Team, managing and developing medical affairs teams. Beth Ann's extensive experience also includes roles at Novartis as Sr Business Relations Manager and Director of Program Development, as well as at Parke-Davis as a Medical Liaison. Early career highlights include serving as Clinical Coordinator at Columbia St Mary's and as a Clinical Pharmacist at MCMC. Education includes a PharmD from the University of Illinois Chicago and a BS in Pharmacy from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
