Lucia Fontinel

Lucia Fontinel is a seasoned compliance professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Senior Director of Compliance Operations at Madrigal Pharmaceuticals since March 2024. Prior to this role, Lucia spent over 17 years at Sanofi, holding a variety of positions including Compliance Lead for Strategic Projects, Director of Contributions Management, and several roles within program management and customer engagement at Sanofi Genzyme. Lucia's early career includes experience as a Senior Meetings Specialist at CWT, where responsibilities included venue selection and event operations for Genzyme meetings, as well as over a decade at Rosenbluth International, managing a call center and operations for multiple accounts. Lucia holds a degree from Lesley University.
