Shelley Phelps

Shelley Phelps is an accomplished HR executive with extensive experience in Total Rewards and HR Operations across the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Total Rewards at Madrigal Pharmaceuticals since April 2024, Shelley previously held senior roles at Generation Bio and Keryx Biopharmaceuticals, where leadership in Total Rewards strategies was showcased during critical company transitions.
