Carlos Romero Moreno is an experienced project manager and mentor specializing in the aerospace and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as the ESA BIC project manager at Fundación para el Conocimiento madri+d since September 2022, Carlos has a strong background in supporting innovation and entrepreneurship through various leadership and coordination roles, including the management of Madrid Aerospace Cluster and participation in several professional associations such as the Instituto de la Ingeniería de España and the Asociación Española de Ingenieros de Telecomunicación. With a career spanning multiple organizations, Carlos has also held positions at SmartHAPS and Demium, contributing to the development of aerospace technologies and startup incubation.
