Delia Rodríguez de Llera González, Ph.D., MBA, currently serves as the Head of Innovation at The CT Engineering Group, where responsibilities include overseeing innovation strategies for a company with over 1800 employees across nine countries. Previously, Delia held positions as Director of Electronics & Software Development and Business Development Manager within the same organization, focusing on the Aerospace & Defence sectors. In addition to industry roles, Delia contributes as an Executive Coach at IE Business School and as a Committee Member at the Instituto de la Ingeniería de España. Delia also mentors startups in Madrid through Fundación para el Conocimiento madri+d and has experience mentoring women entrepreneurs globally with the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women. Past roles include Project Manager and Specialist at Thales España, Adjunct Professor at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, and research positions at CERN and KTH Royal Institute of Technology. Educational credentials include a Ph.D. in Electronic and Computer Systems and an MBA from IE Business School.

Fundación madri+d para el Conocimiento promoties scientific quality research, stimulating technology innovation and joint actions between the scientific and business communities, developing a framework to encourage technological start-ups from Research and Development projects, the participation in European R&D programmes and projects and facilitating the interaction between science and society by promoting scientific culture. Fundación para el Conocimiento madri+d was established in 2003 under the motion of the Government Council of the Community of Madrid (General Directorate of Universities and Research, DGUI) aiming at
