Courtney Webster has held a variety of roles in the tech industry since 2014. Courtney began their career as a Freelance Technical Writer at O'Reilly Media. In 2014, they joined mProve Health as a Senior Project Manager, where they were responsible for defining product configuration and custom development requirements to deploy their SaaS ePRO, patient engagement, and patient recruitment technologies. Courtney was promoted to Senior Manager of Operations and then to Director of Operations, where they were accountable for the success of the client delivery teams and relationships with top twenty pharma and CRO clients. In 2017, they joined Bracket as the Director of Operations and spearheaded operational integration efforts following mProve Health's acquisition by Bracket Global. In 2019, they began working at Signant Health as the Director of Capacity Management and Project Support, where they developed a comprehensive resource planning model for the entire division. Courtney also founded and operated nymbly, which provides smart ops for start ups. Additionally, they have held roles as a Startup Mentor at XLerateHealth and CoMotion at University of Washington, as well as HealthSpark Accelerator Manager at 20Fathoms. Currently, they are the COO & Compliance Lead (fractional) at Mae.
Courtney Webster attended Hendrix College from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a B.A. in Chemistry. Courtney then went on to Stanford University, where they earned an M.S. in Organic Chemistry from 2006 to 2010.
