Maithili Prabhu

Maithili Prabhu is a seasoned People Advisor at Maersk Line, Limited, with a focus on compensation management and HR operations, leveraging extensive experience with a headcount exceeding 10,000 in Europe. Since January 2018, Maithili has provided technical support to HR teams across 20 locations, managed employee records in SAP, and executed significant restructuring projects, including the "HR Of the Future" initiative and the Africa Region's L&S departments.
