Ditte Michele Stensig

Ditte Michele Stensig has a diverse work experience in the maritime industry. Ditte Michele started their career at Maersk Broker as a Trainee and later worked as an Agency Broker. Ditte Michele then joined TORM where they held various management positions, including Deputy Operations Manager and General Manager. During their time at TORM, they were involved in transforming business culture processes and handling projects for the Vice President. Ditte Michele also worked as the Head of Laytime, Dry Cargo at Dampskibsselskabet NORDEN A/S, where they focused on process excellence and developing practical solutions. Currently, they are working at Maersk Tankers as a Partner Manager and Regional Sales Lead.

Ditte Michele Stensig completed a course in Rhetorical Leadership at Copenhagen Business School in 2016. In 2013, they also attended the Center for Leadership (CL) to learn Negotiation Techniques. Additionally, from 2005 to 2008, they studied at the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers, specializing in MICS (Membership of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers).
