Michael Kristensen

Michael Kristensen has a strong background in HR and people development. Michael started their career in 2008 as an HR Consultant at Maersk Supply Service. From 2011 to 2016, they worked as an HR Partner at Maersk Line. In 2016, they joined Maersk Tankers as a People Operations Specialist, and later took on roles as People Development Lead and People Development Partner & DEIB Lead. Michael has extensive experience in various HR roles and has been with Maersk for over a decade.

Michael Kristensen attended Copenhagen Business School from 2001 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in International Business Communication. Michael then continued their education at the same institution from 2005 to 2008, obtaining a Master's degree in International Business Communication. In 2003, they participated in an Exchange Student Program at the University of Richmond in the USA.
