In addition to this role, Steve operates Medheight Rescue Ltd, focusing on medical staff training in hazardous areas, and serves as a Training Consultant for Maersk Training. Steve's extensive background includes positions as a Visiting Tutor at Fire Service College, Technical Rope Rescue Assessor for UKRO, and prior leadership roles in emergency response for companies like North Caspian Operating Company and DNO International. Educational qualifications include a CertEd in Education from The University of Huddersfield and a Diploma in Technical Response & Incident Management from Coventry University.
