Gauri Ravi Narayan

Gauri Ravi Narayan possesses extensive experience in organizational effectiveness and human resources, currently serving as the Head of People, Change and Culture at A.P. Moller - Maersk since November 2012. Demonstrating strong leadership in various roles, Gauri has also functioned as the Head of Functional Projects and the People Workstream lead within the Integration Management Office. Prior experience includes serving as a Global HR Business Partner, Global lead for Employee Engagement and Performance Management, and Head of IT PMO in Group HR. Gauri’s career began with Maersk Group as a Management Trainee from 2004 to 2006, followed by progressive roles at Maersk Line from 2006 to 2012, ultimately reaching the position of General Manager of the Project Management Office. Gauri holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, along with certifications in Prince2, Agile, and Lean Practices from Maersk International Shipping Education.
