Henrik Jensen

Henrik Jensen is an experienced legal and tax professional currently serving as Project Manager Legal & Tax at A.P. Moller - Maersk since October 2020, focusing on mergers and acquisitions as well as various projects. Prior to this role, Henrik worked at FLSmidth A/S from February 2004 to October 2020 as a Tax Adviser, where responsibilities included corporate tax, restructuring, M&A, and tax audit management. Earlier in the career, Henrik served as Fuldmægtig at SKAT from August 1994 to January 2004, conducting corporate tax audits for large enterprises. Educational qualifications include a Master of Law degree from Københavns Universitet (2001-2010), a B.Com in Management Accounting from Copenhagen Business School (1995-1999), and studies at Told- og Skatteskolen (1994-1998).
