Jeff Rand

Jeff Rand is a seasoned operations executive with extensive experience in logistics and distribution management. Currently serving as VP of Operations at Performance Team, a Maersk Company, since May 2018, Jeff Rand oversees P&L responsibilities for five buildings encompassing 3 million square feet and sixteen customer operations. Prior to this role, Jeff Rand held the position of VP, Distribution & Logistics at Kellwood Company from July 2000 to April 2018, where responsibilities included management of distribution, customer service, logistics, and warehousing operations. Jeff Rand also served as VP of Operations at Fritzi California and Vans, leading various distribution and operational initiatives. Jeff Rand began a career in consulting at KPMG before working in production at General Electric. Educational credentials include an MBA in Finance from Drucker School of Management and a BS in Business Administration from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
