Morten Bo Christiansen

Morten Bo Christiansen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic leadership and decarbonization within the energy sector. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of Energy Transition at A.P. Moller - Maersk since August 2011, Morten has held various senior roles including Vice President positions in Strategy and Decarbonization. In addition to the current role at Maersk, Morten is also the Chair of the Board of Directors at Klimate.co, and serves as an observer on the boards of Captura and Aircela Inc. With prior experience at The Boston Consulting Group and COWI, along with a strong academic background including a Ph.D. in Structural Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark and a Graduate Diploma in International Business from Copenhagen Business School, Morten is recognized for expertise in strategic management and energy transition initiatives.
