Niharika Khemka

Niharika Khemka is an experienced professional currently serving as a Learning Partner Associate at A.P. Moller - Maersk since April 2025. Previous roles include Global Project Manager at Puma Energy and Placement Coordinator at ITM Group of Institutions. Niharika has also worked in human resources positions with Pawzz Foundation, Total Group, and Kansai Nerolac Paints Ltd, along with internship experiences at Agile Capital Services and Accenture. Niharika has a PGDM in Human Resources Management from ITM Group of Institutions and holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Economics, and Journalism from Mount Carmel College.
