Seema Narera is an experienced professional with a strong background in supply chain management and business development. Currently serving as the Vertical Head for FMCG at A.P. Moller - Maersk since May 2022, Seema established the vertical from the ground up, achieving a market value of USD 25 million over three years. Previously, at Amazon, Seema led the S&OP team for the Grocery business, enhancing delivery slot availability by 17%. As General Manager of Supply Chain at Starbucks India, Seema managed supply chain operations for over 1,200 SKUs, reducing labor costs by 30% and improving gross margin by 200 basis points. Seema has also held significant roles at Hindustan Unilever Limited, enhancing on-shelf availability across numerous stores, and at Aditya Birla Minacs, focusing on cost budget planning. Seema holds a PGDBM in Business Administration from XLRI Jamshedpur and is currently enrolled in the Chief Executive Officer Programme at the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow.
