Siweon Carrie Park has extensive experience in the shipping and logistics industry, currently serving as the Head of Customer Experience in Northeast Asia Area and as the Deputy Representative Director (Vice President) of Maersk Korea since September 2010. Siweon has been instrumental in driving customer experience strategies across Japan and Korea, ensuring seamless customer support and proactive issue resolution while managing a large team within the Area CX organization. Previous roles include Network & Market Manager for the Asia Pacific to West Coast South America trade and Commercial Planning Manager across various regions including Greater China, Latin America, and Oceania.
