Svenja Nikic has over a decade of experience in customer experience and organizational design, currently serving as Organizational Design Lead for Functional Projects at A.P. Moller - Maersk since June 2014, with previous roles in customer experience management, e-commerce, and sales performance analysis. Prior experience includes positions at Zeller Associates GmbH as a Group Management Assistant and a JOIN Intern at DHL, along with trainee roles at Ernst & Young and an internship at TRW.
