Nina Arora

Nina Arora is an experienced professional in product development and project management, currently serving as NPL GBSC Manager for La Mer and Estée Lauder at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. since November 2021. As a co-founder of Red Eye Louie's Inc., Nina pioneered the blended beverage category in the wine and spirits industry, leading to multiple awards for innovation and successful product launches across over 30 states and various countries. Previous roles include NPL Purchasing and Project Manager at Maesa, Product Development Manager at Artis, and similar positions in product development within CPG, showcasing expertise in sourcing, marketing, and brand management. Nina holds a Master's degree in Fashion/Apparel Design from Savannah College of Art and Design and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Birmingham-Southern College, along with a certification in CAD from Le Fashion Lab.
