Suzanne Kelly

Suzanne Kelly serves as the Senior Director of Human Resources and Head of Talent Acquisition at Maesa, a global leader in beauty brand incubation, since January 2021. Prior experience includes positions as Vice President of Executive Search at Strategy Source LLC and Vice President of Executive Recruitment at MediaLink. Kelly has also contributed to talent acquisition initiatives at Geller & Company and held various roles at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., Russell Reynolds Associates, Thomson Reuters, Morgan Stanley, and Deloitte & Touche. Educationally, Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Villanova University.
