Lisa Kendrick, CSFS®

Lisa Kendrick, CSFS®, has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Lisa is currently serving as the VP of Self Funded Solution at Maestro Health since July 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Chief Operating Officer at Tread Connection from January 2020 to February 2021.

Lisa's previous experience includes a significant tenure at Maestro Health, where they held the position of President, Self Funded Solution from June 2015 to December 2019. In this role, they led a team of 120 employees and generated annual revenue of $30 million. Their responsibilities encompassed various operational functions, including plan administration, client services, and medical management. Additionally, Lisa successfully managed a team of 25 Registered Nurses.

Before joining Maestro Health, Lisa worked at Integra Employer Health. Between December 2010 and June 2015, they served as the Executive Vice President, playing a crucial role in a private equity-financed company's acquisition. Lisa also introduced an innovative virtual credit card payment method, contributing $1.5 million to EBITDA. Lisa had previously held the role of VP of Client Services at Integra Employer Health from January 2005 to December 2010. As VP, they led the Account Executive team, ensured operational compliance with regulatory standards, and focused on client satisfaction. Lisa initially started their journey at Integra Employer Health as an Account Executive from February 1999 to January 2005.

Lisa Kendrick, CSFS®, completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Administration/Accounting from Queens University of Charlotte from 1988 to 1992. In addition to their degree, they also obtained the certification of Certified Self Funding Specialist® in September 2017. Furthermore, Lisa Kendrick acquired the Accident and Health Agent certification from the North Carolina Department of Insurance in March 2005.
