Angie Chavez has extensive experience in human resources and operations management, currently serving as Human Resources Manager at MAF Industries since January 2018. Previous roles include Accounting Supervisor and Executive Assistant, where responsibilities encompassed reviewing company procedures, coordinating senior management calendars, and managing internal communications. Prior to MAF Industries, Angie spent over a decade at TOMRA Fresh Food │ Compac in various roles, including NAM Parts & Service Desk Manager, where duties involved utilizing ERP LN for logistics, managing staff resources, developing customer relations, and enhancing inventory management. As NAM Operations Supervisor and USA Operations Team Leader, Angie was responsible for supervising customer care teams, reporting on key performance indicators, and training personnel, along with a range of human resources and marketing functions.
