Mike Riley Assoc CIPD has a comprehensive background in human resources and training, with extensive experience at MAF International since July 2006, where roles have included Human Resources Manager and Senior HR Officer & International Learning & Development Manager. Previous positions encompass various leadership and training roles, including Pilot/Country Director and Operations Training Coordinator. Prior to MAF International, Mike acquired skills as a Flight Instructor at Plymouth School of Flying and served as a Police Constable with Devon & Cornwall Constabulary. An educational foundation includes an Advanced Diploma in Human Resources Management from Canterbury Christ Church University and a Diploma in Learning and Development Practice from ICS Learn, along with an Air Transport Pilots Licence from Cranfield University.
