Wuxi Lu

Wuxi Lu has a diverse work experience in various industries. In 2011, they started working as a Special Student Assistant at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where they remained until 2013. Wuxi then joined Hotel Astoria Luzern as a Food and Beverage Department Trainee from September 2013 to April 2014.

In 2014, Wuxi Lu started working at Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts as a Guest Service Agent. Within a year, they were promoted to a shift leader of Guest Service Agent due to their excellent cooperation, proactive thinking, and attention to details. Wuxi also attended courses and became a skill trainer for team members, ensuring high-standard service. Wuxi continued working at Waldorf Astoria as a Front Desk Supervisor from May 2015 to June 2016.

In 2018, Wuxi Lu joined Mafengwo.com as a Business Development Manager, and they are currently holding this role.

Wuxi Lu completed their Bachelor Degree of Hospitality and Tourism Management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 2009 to 2013. Wuxi then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Hotel Management from César Ritz Colleges, completing it from 2013 to 2014. Subsequently, they obtained a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in Information System from the University of Western Australia from 2016 to 2018.
