Krzysztof Cuber

Krzysztof Cuber has extensive experience in operations management within the automotive sector, currently serving as SGM MAFMEX at Boryszew S.A. since October 2024, overseeing operations in MAFLOW Mexico plants. Prior to this role, Krzysztof held significant positions at TitanX Engine Cooling, where duties included Region Operations Director ESA and Plant Manager, focusing on key performance indicators for the Saltillo plant. Krzysztof's background includes serving as Plant Manager at Valeo Valeo Thermico SLP from December 2017 to August 2023 and as Site General Manager at Valeo Valeo Engine Cooling Foshan from August 2007 to August 2017. In earlier roles, Krzysztof managed several project platforms for cooling exchangers and modules targeting major OEMs in China, along with leading programs for BMW. An education in Mechanical Engineering was obtained from AGH University of Krakow, complementing an earlier degree in Industrial Electronics Technology from "Technikum elektryczne" in Nisko.
