Mariusz Bielarczyk

Mariusz Bielarczyk has over 30 years of work experience in various roles related to quality management and environmental engineering. Mariusz has held positions such as Director of Quality in Maflow&BAP Group at Maflow Group - Boryszew since February 2021 and Director of Quality at Maflow Group since October 2017. Previously, they worked at Hutchinson as the Quality Director for the Fluid Management System Low Pressure division and as the Plant Quality Manager. Mariusz also served as the Plant Quality Manager at Maflow Group - Boryszew in Poland and China. Prior to that, they worked at Valeo as a Plant Quality Manager and Quality Engineer. Mariusz has experience in production, logistics, and telecommunications as well.

Mariusz Bielarczyk completed their education with a Master's degree in Quality Management from Jagiellonian University in 2008. Mariusz also pursued Postgraduate Studies in Business/Managerial Economics at Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Katowicach from 2010 to 2012. In addition, they participated in English classes at the University of Reading in 2004 and 2005, receiving an ESOL Cambridge University Certificate Level 1. Mariusz'searliest educational achievement was obtaining an Engineer degree in Environment Protection from Lodz University of Technology, which they earned from 1994 to 1999.
