Neil Wahlgren

Neil Wahlgren is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in capital markets and commercial real estate. As a Partner at MAG Capital Partners since 2019, Neil leads capital markets for real estate funds and manages a diverse portfolio valued at nearly $1 billion. Previously, as President and COO of Wilson Investment Properties from 2016 to 2019, Neil successfully raised $70 million in equity for significant commercial real estate investments and developed a strong network of investment partners. Neil's career also encompasses roles in sales and marketing with Cool Planet Energy Systems and military service as a C-130 pilot in both the US Navy and Air Force, where Neil completed numerous combat missions and held leadership positions. Academically, Neil holds a Bachelor of Science in Operations Research from the United States Air Force Academy, an MBA with a perfect GPA from Texas A&M University-Commerce, and a Master's in International Relations from Troy University.
