Currently serving as a Business Change Manager at MAG (Airports Group), Phoebe has previously held key roles at EY, Accenture, and GE Capital, leading comprehensive change strategies and HR transformation projects. They hold a BA Hons in Business Management and Human Resource Management from The Nottingham Trent University and are an Associate CIPD.
