Denise van den Tillaar

Denise van den Tillaar has extensive experience in recruitment and HR roles. Denise most recently worked as a Recruiter at MAG45 starting in March 2023. Prior to that, they were a Bedrijfsadviseur HR at De Ondernemingswaarde starting in October 2022. From September 2020 to August 2022, they served as a Corporate Recruiter at Coöperatie DELA. Denise also worked as a Recruitment Lead at M&T Resources from July 2018 to July 2020 and as an Account Manager at Spark Recruitment from January to September 2017. Denise took a one-year sabbatical from December 2015 to December 2016, during which they traveled throughout Asia and Australia. Denise's earlier experience includes being a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Personato from June 2013 to November 2015 and a Recruitment Consultant at Madolex (Deltaskills) from July 2011 to June 2013, specializing in high tech recruitment.

Denise van den Tillaar's education history starts with their attendance at De Rooi Pannen from 2003 to 2007, where they focused on Tourism Management. Following this, they pursued a preparatory program in Dance Academy at Fontys University of Applied Sciences from 2006 to 2007. Later, from 2007 to 2011, they studied at Fontys University of Applied Sciences and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Applied Science (BASc) in HRM & Toegepaste Psychologie.

In 2017 to 2018, Denise enrolled in Australian Pacific College and completed a Diploma of Education in Management & Leadership. Recently in 2023, they attended Avans+ and obtained a Post-bachelor degree in Arbeidsrecht.
