Avi Shaham

Avi Shaham has extensive experience in engineering and leadership roles, currently serving as Hardware Team Leader and Engineer at Magal Security Systems Ltd since August 2009, where responsibilities include microcontroller code writing, UI protocol implementation, and PCB design using Orcad. Prior to this, Avi worked as a Development Engineer at the Israel Defense Forces from January 2001 to August 2009, overseeing customer needs assessment, managing engineers for UI and demodulator implementation, and conducting performance analysis for system calibration. Early in 2001, Avi was an Exerciser for a communication course at Tel Aviv University. Academically, Avi holds an MBA in HR and a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering, both from Tel Aviv University.
