Haggai Salomons

Haggai Salomons, MBA, has extensive experience in the defense industry, with a focus on program management and business development. Haggai currently serves as the VP and Head of the LATAM Business Unit at Magal Security Systems Ltd. Prior to this role, they worked at Elbit Systems Ltd as the Industrial Participation and Offset Manager. Haggai also has experience as the CEO of UAV Tactical Systems (U-TacS) and AEL Sistemas, where they held positions of Vice President Program Management and UAV Business Development Manager. Haggai Salomons also worked at Elbit Systems Ltd as a Program Manager and at Urban Aeronautics as a Development Program Manager. In addition, they served as the CEO of Aero Design & Development AD&D.

Haggai Salomons holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology. Haggai'seducational journey also includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Marketing from Reichman University. Additionally, they completed a Directors & Executives Course at The Open University of Israel.
