Before joining Magal, Mrs. Segal held several Placement Management and HR Business Partner positions at Danziger, Pharma Job and Orange, and specialized in all aspects of the organizational employee's life cycle, including recruitment, global talent acquisition, welfare, compensation & benefits as well as organizational development and change management processes.

Mrs. Segal holds a BA in Social Science from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo, and an MBA in Business Management with focus on Human Resources and Organizational Development from The College of Management.
