Belinda Erasmus

Belinda Erasmus is a Quality Assurance Manager at Magaliesberg Citrus. Prior to their current position, they worked as a research and contract worker at the University of Pretoria in the Department of Virology. There, they conducted water research on enteric viruses and was responsible for the isolation, multiplication, and detection of viruses using PCR techniques. Additionally, they oversaw the filtration of water samples and conducted bacteriological testing for E. coli and coliforms. Belinda has extensive experience in laboratory practices and takes great pride in their work ensuring the quality of products.

Belinda Erasmus studied at Roodepoort High School before completing a master of science at the University of Pretoria in microbiology. Her focus was on resistance of bacteria to biocides.

Belinda Erasmus works with Ryno Prins - Field Manager, Cornie Burger - Primary Production Manager. Belinda Erasmus reports to Hendrik Vorster, General Manager, Production.
