Zuzanna Zapłata

Zuzanna Zapłata began their work experience as an Assistant Learning & Development & Projects at BNP Paribas Securities Services in November 2018. Zuzanna later became an HR Junior Specialist in the same department from May 2019 to August 2019. In August 2019, they joined First Call Contract Services Ltd as an HR Assistant until March 2020. Most recently, Zuzanna started working as a Junior HR Manager at Magaloop in April 2021.

Zuzanna Zapłata completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Psychology at Uniwersytet WSB Merito Poznań from 2016 to 2019. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Developmental Psychology & Psychopathology at King's College London from 2019 to 2020. Zuzanna also participated in a one-year Erasmus program at Coventry University in 2017-2018 as an exchange student, studying Business. Additionally, in 2019-2020, they obtained another Master's degree in Psychology from King's College London.

In terms of certifications, Zuzanna obtained several credentials. In November 2020, they completed the Google certification for "Podstawy Marketingu Internetowego." In December 2020, they obtained various certifications from LinkedIn, including "Agile Foundations," "Agile at Work: Building Your Agile Team," "Agile at Work: Driving Productive Agile Meetings," "Agile at Work: Reporting with Agile Charts and Boards," "Google Ads (AdWords) Essential Training (2019)," and "Google Analytics Essential Training." Additionally, in November 2020, they obtained the "SEO Foundations" certification from LinkedIn as well.
