Prasad Maganti is the President and CEO of Maganti IT Resources LLC, a provider of job posting and job search resources. Prasad has over 15 years of experience in the IT industry, specializing in web development.

Prasad started their career as a web developer at EXECUNET, Inc in July 2004. Prasad was quickly promoted to Senior Web Developer and was responsible for leading a team of 4 developers. In April 2006, they left EXECUNET to start Maganti IT Resources LLC.

Under Prasad’s leadership, Maganti IT Resources LLC has become a leading provider of job posting and job search resources. The company has helped over 1 million employers and executive recruiters search, source and place senior-level executive candidates.

Prasad Maganti has a MS in Computer Engineering from Quinnipiac University - School of Business and a BE in Production Engineering.
