Ben Pashley has over a decade of experience in retail creative concept development and management. Currently serving as the Head of Retail Creative Concept Development at Magasin du Nord since May 2012, Ben leads strategic direction across design concepts and branding for seven stores, focusing on enhancing customer journeys and sales. Previously, Ben held roles at Debenhams from March 2008 to August 2011, including Retail Creative Manager, where responsibilities encompassed driving sales for Menswear and developing integrated sales strategies. Ben began as a Visual Project Manager, successfully managing store modernization and launching flagship stores. Ben's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Retail Fashion Management from the University of Central Lancashire and completion of the Debenhams Management Graduate Trainee Programme.
