Douglas Matricardi

Graduated in business administration and accounting sciences from Centro Universitário de Franca (Uni-FACEF). Douglas holds a postgraduate degree in financial administration, auditing and marketing from INPG-Instituto Nacional de Pós Pós Graduação and carried out an Intensive International Executive MBA from Amana Key, Master MBA in Retail from FGV, and Master's in Retail from FGV. With 37 years in the company, he began his career working in the IT area - responsible for commercial automation, acting in the creation and management of Virtual Stores, he worked in the general sales management, and in the store operations directorate. He is currently Executive Director of Store Operations.
