Terra Cole Brown

Terra Cole Brown, MURP, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational development, community engagement, and strategic planning across various sectors. Currently serving as Senior Development Officer at Magdala House, Terra focuses on fund development aligned with the organization's mission. Prior roles include Executive Director positions at the Oakland Parks and Recreation Foundation and the San Leandro Education Foundation, where Terra led program sustainability and community outreach initiatives. Additional experience includes roles in higher education recruitment at the University of San Francisco and Southern Illinois University, alongside strategic planning and community development efforts with Hennepin County and various community organizations. Terra holds a Master of Arts in Public Policy Analysis & Urban Planning from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Dillard University.
