Kirsty is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, gaining her qualification in big 4 audit practice KPMG before spending 10 years working in finance posts for a FTSE-listed global manufacturing company where she directly supported both the Executive and Non-executive Boards.
