Francisco Noá

Francisco Noá has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Francisco currently works at Magebit as an IT Project Manager since 2022. Previously, they worked at Solvay from 2018 to 2022, where they served as a Product Owner for Chrome OS. In this role, they were accountable for service performance, roadmap, and coordination of internal and external team resources. Francisco also acted as an IT Change and Release Project Coordinator at Solvay, where they managed change management and provided project assistance and coordination in IT operations.

Prior to Solvay, Francisco worked at Cytec Solvay Group from 2011 to 2018. There, they held the role of Remote Site IT Analyst/ SCCM Administrator. In this capacity, they administered SCCM for a global environment, managed monthly updates, deployed software, and provided infrastructure support. Francisco also worked as an IT Helpdesk Analyst at Cytec Solvay Group, where they provided 1st level IT support, troubleshooted issues, and managed incident tickets. In addition, they contributed to knowledge-base support scripts and collaborated on projects with senior analysts.

Francisco Noá completed their undergraduate education from 2001 to 2007 at Faculdade de Belas-Artes da Universidade de Lisboa, where they earned a degree in Fine Arts with a focus on Painting.

In terms of additional certifications, Francisco obtained the Google Project Management certification from Google in June 2022. Francisco also received the ITIL Foundation Level certification from Microsoft in January 2019. In August 2016, they completed the Coursera Course Certificate programs for Managing Project Risks and Changes, Budgeting and Scheduling Projects, as well as Initiating and Planning Projects.
