Elena Milantoni

Reporting to the President and the CEO, Mrs. Milantoni serves as a member of the executive management team and participates in key decisions pertaining to strategic initiatives, the operating model and operational execution. She is responsible for overall financial management of the company, its financial reporting and transparency, and for multiple corporate functions including Controller, Tax and long-range planning. She is also the corporation’s leader in negotiating lending arrangements and complex equity transactions and plays a key role in the administration of critical corporate governance matters as they relate to a public company. In addition, Mrs. Milantoni serves as the focal point for communication with the board of directors, senior management and company shareholders.

In her previous position as Vice President of Finance, Mrs. Milantoni was involved with various functions, including the oversight of all aspects of accounting across the organization and financial planning and analysis that contributed to key decisions affecting the company’s financial outcomes.

Prior to joining Magellan Aerospace in 2007 as Corporate Controller and Treasurer, Mrs. Milantoni held various financial management positions with a variety of publicly traded companies and worked in an international public accounting firm, providing auditing and tax services to organizations both privately held and publicly traded.

Mrs. Milantoni is a certified professional accountant, member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario and holds a degree from York University.
