Norman Vaillancourt

Norman Vaillancourt started their work experience in 1981 at Westinghouse Canada as a CNC machine tool operator and designer. From 1994 to 2007, they worked at DEW Engineering as a Documentation/Publication Manager. Norman then joined Atomic Energy of Canada (AECL) in 2007 as a Senior Designer and Checker. In 2009, Vaillancourt became the President of Total OutSource Canada Inc., a position they held until 2019. Currently, they work at Magellan Aerospace Limited as a Lead Auditor for AS9100D and Environmental standards.

Norman Vaillancourt attended Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology from 1979 to 1980. During this time, they studied Commercial Refrigeration and Air Conditioning. Norman later returned to Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology in 1989, where they pursued a degree in Electro/Mechanical Engineering design/drafting. The end year for this particular education program is not provided.
