Edouard Richard

Edouard Richard (李彦廷) is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in IT M&A and consulting. Currently serving as Director at Magellan Consulting - Groupe Magellan Partners since January 2019, Edouard leads the IT M&A and Due Diligence team and previously held the title of Senior Manager and Manager, focusing on CxO Advisory, Target Operating Model, Change Management, and Project Management. Prior to this, Edouard worked at Sopra Steria Next from August 2012 to December 2018 as a Senior Consultant, where responsibilities included leading the Smart Mobility community and engaging in business development. Earlier experience as a Consultant focused on project management and change management within the Energy & Utilities sector. Edouard holds a Master's degree in Management and Information Systems from Institut Mines-Télécom Business School and studied Marketing and Innovation at National Taiwan University.
