Melissa A Zales, AFC®, is a seasoned Personal Financial Counselor with extensive experience supporting military service members and their families. Currently employed at Magellan Federal since August 2023, Melissa has previously worked with Zeiders Enterprises, Inc., where responsibilities included providing individualized and group financial counseling, conducting educational briefs, and collaborating with command leadership. Past roles encompassed serving as a Personal Finance Manager at CNIC Navy Fleet and Family Support Center and as a Financial Coach for Veterans at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Additionally, valuable volunteer work includes various positions at the Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society, demonstrating a strong commitment to financial education and assistance.
