Bilal Mahmud

Bilal Mahmud is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in cloud services and database management. Currently serving as a Senior Manager of Cloud Services and Lead Oracle Database Administrator at Magellan Health since January 2004, Bilal has developed a robust skill set in IT leadership. Prior experience includes working as a Software Engineer at Verizon from 1999 to 2004 and as a Programmer Analyst at SSSI from 1998 to 1999. Bilal holds a Master of Information Systems degree from the University of Baltimore, an MBA in General Management and Information Systems from the same institution, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Kansas State University.
